I recently dined at The Skylight Cafe and I was delighted to find that they have a variety of healthy options on their menu. The 5 double toppings pizza was delicious and fulfilling, with a great balance of flavors. I appreciate that they offer healthy toppings as well, such as grilled chicken and fresh vegetables.
