I recently tried the Gobhi Fried Rice at Hotel Hindustan and it was amazing! The dish had the perfect level of spiciness, just the way I like it. The rice was cooked to perfection and the flavors of the spices were balanced perfectly. I must say, I am impressed with the quality of food at this restaurant.
