Tarbouche is a definite must-try for all dessert lovers out there! Their mix grill platter is simply exquisite and will leave you craving for more. The combination of savory and sweet flavors in their platter is spot on and will definitely satisfy your taste buds. Not to mention, the presentation is top-notch and truly adds to the overall experience. I recently had the chance to try Ammiyil Aracha Kozhi Curry at Hotel Thakkaram Live Kitchen and I must say, it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was cooked to perfection in a flavorful blend of spices and the traditional ammiyil aracha cooking technique.
