I recently had the chance to try Ammiyil Aracha Kozhi Curry at Hotel Thakkaram Live Kitchen and I must say, it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was cooked to perfection in a flavorful blend of spices and the traditional ammiyil aracha cooking technique. The dish had the perfect balance of heat and spice, making it a must-try for anyone who loves a good curry.
