I recently had the chance to try Ammiyil Aracha Kozhi Curry at Hotel Thakkaram Live Kitchen and I must say, it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was cooked to perfection in a flavorful blend of spices and the traditional ammiyil aracha cooking technique. I recently tried the chicken nuggets at Hopz N Chopz and I have to say, they were amazing! The spice level was perfect for my liking, giving just the right amount of heat without being overwhelming.
