I recently dined at Big Y Bakery and was pleasantly surprised to find several vegan options on the menu. As someone who follows a plant-based diet, I was delighted to try their special Ghee Dosa which was not only delicious but also made with vegan ingredients. The staff was accommodating and the ambiance was cozy. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious vegan options.
