I recently tried the Paneer Dosa at Mohan Jai Sairam Mess and it was absolutely delicious! As someone who loves spicy food, I was pleased to find that the dosa had the perfect level of heat. The paneer was also cooked to perfection, adding a creamy and flavorful element to the dish. I have tried many different cuisines and this dosa definitely stands out as one of the best.
