I recently tried Karthika Hotel's Chicken Fried Rice and it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was cooked perfectly and the rice had a great balance of flavors. The presentation was also very appealing. As someone who loves ordering desserts and sweets, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their main dish.
