I recently visited KFC and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer Keto diet options! I tried their 2 Double Chicken Rolls and they were absolutely delicious. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and the lettuce wraps added a nice crunch. As someone who follows a Keto diet, it's always a struggle to find food options when dining out, but KFC made it easy. I highly recommend trying their Keto options.
