The store redeemed the two vouchers which I had purchased without even checking if they have enough quantity to serve. Thereby serving one fourth of the food quantity for two vouchers of 399 each.REALLY DISGUSTING. Having ordered Chicken fried rice and dry chilli chicken, got served with tiny rice which had no chicken pieces in the so called chicken fried rice. After raising the issue for less quantity the staff says they are bringing more chicken from the market and then they will serve! The manager of the store was not present and declined the phone call, without answering any queries.When asked for a refund they said to contact the magicpin customer care for any queries. The staff took pictures of the vouchers and sent them over to the manager and it was redeemed. It was really a disastrous experience.The ambience is just horrible. Being a restaurant they didn't even provide saunf. Please avoid this place.Please initiate a refund promptly.
