Cold tea was given and I was also expecting that because order was 1 hour delayed. I had told the customer care executive also that I want hot tea but nobody bothered. Tea was also very bad in taste. That's why this cheaters take money in advance because once you paid,they will delivered according to their wishes. Moreover, a stupid delivery man was assigned who was unable to trace the house and didn't bother to call me either

Quality,quantity and temperature of the tea was very good and was given according to the description. More over, taste was outstanding. Please maintain this consistency and give me this type of hot tea on regular basis

I ordered medium size tea(450 ml) but I got small size tea (200 ml). Mind you,I have ordered tea from this restaurant on number of occasions but never such things has happened. I used to get 2 or 3 tea cups whenever I ordered medium size tea but this time I got only 1 cup. Most probably,they think that I ordered small tea this time
