I recently tried a new Chinese restaurant called Wow! Chinese and I was blown away by their Hot Garlic Fish Gravy. The dish had just the right balance of spiciness and flavor, and the fish was cooked to perfection. The rest of the menu also looked promising with a variety of options to choose from. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes. Highly recommend for anyone who loves Chinese food. Five stars for Wow! Chinese.
