I recently tried Suraj's and was blown away by their Doi Bora! It was cooked to perfection and the texture was spot on. The sauce had just the right amount of tanginess and complemented the fritters perfectly. The overall presentation and service were top-notch as well. I highly recommend trying out this dish at Suraj's for a delicious and satisfying meal. Can't wait to go back and try more of their menu!
