I recently tried the mutton kosha and basanti pulao at Ong Bong Chong and I have to say, it was a delightful gluten-free experience. The mutton was cooked to perfection and the basanti pulao had just the right amount of spices. As someone who has a gluten-free diet, I was thrilled to find such tasty options on the menu. I recently visited Barishh and was pleasantly surprised by their Bluepea Rice with Jiangs Chilli Chicken. The dish was not only delicious but also a healthy option for those looking to watch their diet. The chicken was well-seasoned and the bluepea rice added a unique twist to the traditional white rice.
