I recently visited The Yummy Eat's and had their Hong Kong Paneer. The paneer pieces were cooked well, yet retained their tenderness. The wok tossed flavors complemented the paneer perfectly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for some delicious, home-style Asian cuisine.
