It just tastes so bad. So bad that I want to write a whole paragraph about it. Let's start with momos. The chicken momo, was it made out of atta? Man it smelled like the one time I tried to do it at home with atta and nobody could eat a single piece. Thanks to your restaurant, I remember that awful taste yet again. And what's with those extra pieces you gave? Compensation? Bruh, had you given 2 pieces less I'd be much happier. It was so bad. Even the chicken filling was smelling like atta. My god did I pay 53 rupees just for steamed atta? I feel ripped off. Go to those stalls on Baguihati, they serve momos for 40-50 and they taste like heaven.
Moving to the Chilli Chicken (8 pieces)... Kid me not when I ask y'all... was it besan that you made the chicken batter out of? I know you did. Chicken pieces so small I had to analyse them under a microscope. Please decrease the pieces and make them bigger. Make your costs higher but atleast provide a good meal to customers.
If y'all know business, you should also know that restaurants actually make money from the returning customers they get. And retaining customers isn't that easy. Feeding people anything that you can manage will shut you down eventually. Being on magicpin because of it's unique brand positioning won't help you cut your losses in the long run either. You just lost a customer today. Hell, let me tag someone else so that you lose 2-3 customers. Hopefully that'll set you on the right track to holistic success. Regards. Never buying from you again.
