I recently visited Mughal Sarai and was pleasantly surprised by their Dahi Vada. The dish was flavorful and perfectly spiced, with the vada itself being soft and delicious. The service was also exceptional. However, as someone who loves Japanese cuisine, I wished they had some options in that category. Nevertheless, the Dahi Vada alone makes it worth a visit. The freshness of the ingredients and attention to detail truly stood out. I highly recommend trying this dish when you visit
