I recently tried Hotel Daulat's Fry Chicken with 3 Chapati and Solkadi and was pleasantly surprised. The chicken was cooked perfectly, not too oily and had a good amount of spice. The chapatis were soft and went well with the dish. What impressed me the most was the addition of Solkadi, a traditional Maharashtrian drink made with buttermilk and spices, which balanced out the meal and added a refreshing touch.
