I recently visited Buhari Restaurant Thalassery Biriyani House and tried their Thalassery Chicken Dum Biryani. I must say, it was quite good. The chicken was tender and the rice was cooked perfectly. What I appreciated the most was the fact that the biryani was not overly greasy or heavy. It felt like a healthy option compared to other biryani dishes I've tried.
