I recently visited Cafe Purple and was pleasantly surprised to find a variety of delicious vegan options on the menu. I tried the Fried Rice with Gobi Manchurian and it was absolutely amazing! The flavors were well-balanced and the Gobi Manchurian had the perfect crispiness. But the best part was the free Kulfi for dessert, which was also vegan. As someone who prefers and actively seeks out vegan options, I highly recommend Cafe Purple for their delicious food and accommodating options for
