I recently tried out the Hotel Aryaas Veg and I must say, I was blown away by their Ghee Podi Uttapam. As a person who loves spicy food, this dish was right up my alley. The spice level was perfect and the taste was impeccable. The combination of ghee and podi on the uttapam was a match made in heaven. The hotel definitely knows how to cater to those who prefer spicy food. I highly recommend trying out their Ghee Podi
