I recently visited Bajji Kada and was pleasantly surprised to find a gluten-free option on their menu, the Ulli Vada. I was even more impressed with how delicious it tasted! The vada was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with a burst of flavor from the onions. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, it can be challenging to find tasty options when eating out, but Bajji Kada nailed it with their Ulli Vada. I highly
