I recently ordered sushi from Jade, the in-house restaurant at Lotus 8 Hotel. While I am usually a fan of Japanese cuisine, I was pleasantly surprised by their Veg Biryani. I had the Kozhi Porichathu with 3 chapati at Jade. It was delicious and flavorful. The best part was that it was gluten-free! The chapati was soft and the porichathu was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of spice. Highly recommend it for those looking for a gluten-free option.
