Latest Recipe at Le Meridien Kochi definitely caters to vegetarians like me! The vegan options on the menu are impressive. The Mutton Biryani I had was excellent - flavorful and generous in portion. I recently tried the Onam Sadya at Barrel and it was fantastic! As someone who loves spicy food, I was thrilled to see that they offered a variety of spicy dishes on their menu. I recently ordered the Dum Biryani Jheenga from Punjab Grill and I must say, it was delicious! The presentation was impeccable and the flavors were perfectly balanced. The jheenga (prawns) were cooked to perfection and paired perfectly with the raita and salad. The biryani had the perfect amount of spices and the portion size was generous.
