I recently visited New Kathariya Sarbath & Juices and was pleasantly surprised by their vegan options. The Bun Omelette was especially delicious. I appreciate the effort the restaurant is making to cater to those with dietary restrictions. The service was also excellent and the staff was knowledgeable about their vegan options.
