I recently visited fnp Cakes 'n' more and was pleasantly surprised by their gluten-free options. The Chocolate Chip N Nutty Cake was absolutely delicious and had a perfect balance of flavors. I had the pleasure of dining at Sachdeva Bakers and I must say, I was impressed with their vegan options. The Pineapple and Strawberry Cake was a standout - the flavors were perfectly balanced and the texture was just right.
