I recently visited Al Kabab and was pleasantly surprised by their Chicken Seekh Kabab with butter. As someone who prefers healthy and nutritious options, I was happy to see that the kabab was not oily or greasy. The meat was tender and had a good balance of spices. I also appreciated the fact that they use real butter instead of oil for cooking. Overall, I highly recommend this dish for those who are health-conscious like myself. I recently discovered Naseem Kabab Corner and I must say, their chicken biryani is to die for! The portion size is generous and the flavors are spot on.
