I recently tried the Aloo Matar dish at Apna Andaaz Restaurant and was blown away by the flavour and spice level. As a person who loves spicy food, this dish definitely did not disappoint. The potatoes and peas were cooked to perfection and the spices used added a delicious kick to the dish. I have to say, this is one of the best versions of Aloo Matar I have tried so far.
