I recently tried the Thairu Vada at Komala Vilas Hotel and I was thoroughly impressed. Not only was it delicious, but it also fit into my Paleo diet preferences. The vada was crispy on the outside and had a soft and fluffy texture on the inside. The coconut chutney served with it was the perfect accompaniment. I recently discovered The Hotel Canoe and I have to say, their mixed fried rice is a must-try! The combination of flavors was simply amazing and the presentation was spot on.
