I recently stumbled upon Anand Hotel's Davanagere Benne Dosa Center and was pleasantly surprised with their gluten-free options. As someone who has to follow a strict gluten-free diet, I was thrilled to see that they offer paddu, a savory rice and lentil cake, as one of their menu items. Not only was it delicious, but it was also prepared in a completely gluten-free environment. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic and safe gluten-free options.
