I recently visited Hola, and as a person who prefers a Paleo diet, I was pleased to see that they offered some options that fit my dietary restrictions. Their tofu salad was especially good, with fresh vegetables and a flavorful dressing. I have to say, it's always a relief to find a restaurant that caters to my diet and still serves tasty food.
