I recently visited The Belgian Waffle Co. and was pleasantly surprised by their extensive gluten-free options. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I was grateful to see that they not only had a dedicated gluten-free menu, but also offered a free gluten-free delight with the purchase of a Belgian Club waffle.
