I recently visited VK Chinese Center and was pleasantly surprised by their Veg Schezwan Noodles Combo. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, it can be difficult to find good options at Chinese restaurants, but VK Chinese Center had several gluten-free options on their menu. The noodles were perfectly cooked and had just the right amount of spiciness. I highly recommend this dish for anyone looking for a tasty and gluten-free meal.
