I recently visited Hotel Mahendra and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer a variety of vegan options on their menu. Though I am not a strict vegan, I always appreciate restaurants that cater to different dietary preferences. I decided to try the Egg Biryani and it was delicious! The spices were well-balanced and the egg was cooked perfectly. I also appreciated the ambiance and friendly staff. I highly recommend this restaurant for both vegan and non-vegan options.
