I recently visited Fauji Dhaba and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offered vegan options. I tried their Arhar Ki Dal and I must say, it was delicious! The flavors were authentic and the dal was cooked to perfection. I appreciate that they cater to the vegan crowd and I will definitely be returning to try more dishes. I recently tried the deluxe thali at Maa Ambey Restaurant & Lodge and I have to say, it was absolutely delicious! From the perfectly cooked rice to the flavorful and well-spiced curries, everything was on point. But the real star of the meal was the dessert - the gulab jamun was divine and just melted in my mouth. The presentation of the dishes was also impressive.
