I recently tried Flipside Cafe and was blown away by their hot and sour soup. As someone who loves spicy food, I was impressed by the balance of flavors and the perfect level of heat in each spoonful. The menu at Flipside offers a variety of cuisines, but their spicy dishes definitely stood out to me.
