I recently visited Sharma Paratha Junction and was pleased to find delicious vegan options on their menu. I highly recommend trying their Gobi Paratha with a side of vegan curd - it was excellent! The staff was also very accommodating when I mentioned my dietary preferences. As a vegan, it can be challenging to find good options at restaurants, but Sharma Paratha Junction definitely delivers. I will definitely be returning to try more of their vegan dishes. Highly recommend for vegans and non-vegans
