I recently tried out Chulha and was pleasantly surprised by their dal fry! The flavors were perfectly balanced and the texture was spot on. The blend of spices used was exceptional, making this dish a must-try for anyone who loves Indian cuisine. Although I did not get a chance to explore their full menu, this experience has left me wanting to try out more dishes at Chulha. I recently ordered dinner from Hotel Mosaic and I must say, their Boondi Raita was excellent. It had the perfect balance of spices and was incredibly creamy.
