I recently tried the Mushroom Pepper Dry Noodles at Oasis Restaurant and I must say, it was a vegan delight! The dish was bursting with flavor and the texture of the mushrooms was spot on. It's great to see more restaurants offering vegan options and Oasis definitely delivered. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating.
