I recently dined at Darbar Restaurant and as someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I was pleasantly surprised by the range of options available. The roasted papad was a great appetizer to kick off the meal. Not only was it gluten-free, but it had a delicious crunch and was seasoned perfectly. I appreciated the attention to detail in providing gluten-free options and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone with dietary restrictions.
