I recently visited Brother's Bakery and tried their Eggless Lovely Heart Shape Red Velvet Cake and it was absolutely delicious! The texture was perfectly moist and the flavor was spot on. As a sushi lover, I was pleasantly surprised with how well they executed a non-Japanese dessert. The heart shape added a cute touch to the cake and it was evident that each bite was made with care and freshness. I recently tried Brother's Bakery Eggless German Forest Cake (500 Grams). It was delicious - the chocolate and cherries were in perfect balance and the texture was light and fluffy. I highly recommend it!
