I recently tried out The Belgian Waffle Co and was blown away by their delicious Stroopwafel. I ordered two and both were perfectly made with a crispy exterior and gooey center. The waffle itself was light and fluffy, and the classic Stroopwafel filling was spot on. I highly recommend checking this place out for their amazing waffles.
