I recently tried the Supreme Sigdi Dosa from a new restaurant called Jini Open Dosa and I must say, it was a delight! The dosa was perfectly crispy and had a generous filling of flavorful spices. I especially loved the unique twist of the Jini-style preparation. It was a burst of flavors in every bite.
