I recently visited Coffee And More and I was pleasantly surprised by their Keto diet options. As someone who follows a Keto lifestyle, it can be difficult to find suitable options at restaurants. I recently visited Brown Sugar and had an amazing experience trying out their continental dishes. Their black coffee was particularly outstanding- rich and aromatic, perfect for coffee lovers. TGIH - Thank God It's Healthy! is a great spot for family dinners on weekends. Their Yogurt Parfait is definitely worth trying - it's flavorful and healthy. The family meal deals are also a steal, perfect for groups. I was pleased with the portion sizes and quality of the food.
