I recently tried the Corn & Pepper Lasagne at Firangi Bake and it was absolutely delicious. The dish was packed with flavor and the corn added a nice sweetness to balance out the spiciness of the peppers. I also appreciated how the portion size was just right, not too big or small. I recently tried Viva Mexico and was pleasantly surprised by their unique take on Mexican cuisine. The Spicy Tandoori Chicken Empanadas were a highlight, with the perfect blend of spicy and savory flavors.
