I recently tried the Chana Dal Surti Khaman at Vijay Chaat House and it was absolutely delicious! The texture was light and fluffy, and the taste was perfect - not too spicy or bland. This dish has definitely become one of my favorites at the restaurant. The service was also quick and friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this dish and this restaurant for anyone looking to try authentic Indian cuisine.
