I recently tried the Jain Pav Bhaji at Hotel Sapphire Star and I must say, it was delicious! The blend of spices was perfect and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. The pav was soft and served with a generous side of butter. The ambiance of the restaurant was also pleasant and the service was excellent. I highly recommend trying out this dish at Hotel Sapphire Star for a taste of authentic Jain cuisine.
