I recently tried Flames and was impressed with their selection of gluten-free options. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, it can be challenging to find good meal options, but Flames delivered. Their veggie meal was delicious and the perfect choice for me. I also appreciated that they had clearly marked options on their menu and the staff was knowledgeable about gluten-free diets. Overall, I would highly recommend Flames for anyone looking for tasty and accommodating gluten-free meals.
