I recently ordered from Rasoi Punjabi for a late-night study session and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The Amritsari Special Baingan Ka Bharta was bursting with flavor and paired perfectly with the soft and buttery rotis. I recently tried out The Betel Leaf Co - Originally From Bangalore and was pleasantly surprised by their delicious vegan options. Their Cioccolato Paan was a standout, with a 9 month shelf life to top it off. As someone who is always on the hunt for great vegan meals, I appreciate restaurants like this that cater to those with dietary restrictions.
