I recently dined at Muscle Vision Nutrition and was pleasantly surprised by their delicious vegan options. Although the name may suggest a focus on meat, I was delighted to find a delicious Chicken Omellete made entirely from plant-based ingredients. The flavors were spot on and the presentation was top-notch. As someone who prefers vegan options, I am grateful that this restaurant offers a wide variety of choices. I recently tried the Chia Lobia Salad from La Sante - Food Matters and it was absolutely amazing. The combination of flavors and textures in this dish was on point. The chia seeds added a nice crunch, while the lobia beans were cooked to perfection. This salad was a standout dish at our business meeting and it received high praise from all of our clients.
